This work is the result of a series of thoughts and feelings produced by reading a critique of a newly-released CD in a music magazine. The CD in question featured six works by different composers.

Curiously, however, only three of them had been reviewed. The others were covered by a brief comment related to the résumé that appeared in the CD's booklet. It could therefore be deduced that the other works had, very evidently, not been listened to.
This fact triggered off such a train of thought that it would almost have been a sin not to benefit from it in some way, as epic events on this scale remind us of the past and make us think of the present and..., hell, the future.
